Reiki is a hands-on energy healing process that is deeply relaxing and helps treat both the cause and symptoms of emotional blockages and illness on an energetic level. I also incorporate other processes as I feel they would be beneficial. For instance I use a process called “Talk to the Symptom” where I will connect with what is going onfor you and guide you to discover why this symptom has manifested, and what you need to do in order for it to be healed.
